Program Policies & Participation Terms
Welcome to Little Sluggers! Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and positive baseball experience for every child. Please review the following policies carefully prior to registration.
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed online through our website.
Full payment or subscription enrollment is required to secure your child’s spot. Spaces are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing, dates, and program details are subject to change prior to registration.
2. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
For families enrolled in a monthly subscription:
• 14 days’ written notice is required prior to your next billing date to cancel.
• Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before renewal will apply to the following billing cycle.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Missed sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
3. Refund Policy
Due to limited enrollment and program planning, Little Sluggers does not offer refunds once payment has been processed, except in the event of full program cancellation by Little Sluggers.
In the event of a medical withdrawal, written documentation may be required and credits may be considered at the discretion of management.
4. Weather & Schedule Changes
Little Sluggers programs run rain or shine whenever safely possible.
5. Participant Conduct & Safety
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants:
• Children must follow coach instructions at all times.
• Respectful behaviour toward coaches and other players is required.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before, during and after program hours.
6. What to Bring
Participants should arrive each session with:
• Athletic clothing suitable for outdoor movement
• Closed-toe athletic shoes (no sandals)
• A labeled water bottle
• A baseball glove (if available)
Uniform jerseys and hats are distributed as outlined in your registration confirmation.
7. Medical & Emergency
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations during registration.
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Little Sluggers staff will provide basic first aid and/or seek appropriate medical attention as deemed necessary.
8. Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Participation in youth sports involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, and contact with equipment.
By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary. A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
9. Photography & Media
Little Sluggers may capture photos or video during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes with consent.
10. Program Modifications
Little Sluggers reserves the right to modify programming, schedules, coaching staff, or policies as necessary to ensure quality and safety.
